Our classes are held in exclusively in South East Winnipeg at Winakwa Community Center, 980 Winakwa Road.


 At Total Spirit Fitness, our goal is to offer you personalized support, teach proper technique of body movement and foster a positive atmosphere.

This type of setting greatly improves your ability to stay on track with your personal plan of fitness, health and overall wellness.

  My belief is to assist all participants in achieveing the fullest of mind, body and spirit in fitness by providing a variety of interesting and challenging classes in an unique way that also includes a feeling of intimacy within a group fitness setting.

Classes are geared for active individuals in their 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's! As an Instructor, I strive to offer personal attention to everyone in each class, enabling you to strengthen your health safely. You learn about your body, know your limits, your attributes and inner strength.

As a person, I bring out the best in you with motivation, sharing stories, laughs and awesome music!

Programs at Total Spirit Fitness run on a 11 week revolving schedule. However, you can join at any time, (at a prorated price) or purchase 5 class passes.

The Fall session, (which runs from Sept. 9, 2013 to Nov. 22, 2013) continues to have new people join every week. 5 Class passes are avaiable for the remainder of sessions and drop ins are also accepted. don't Wait too long though...some classes are almost full. The Tuesday 50+ strength cannot take drop ins or passes any more as it is full.


This just started Oct. 3. 10 weeks of Powertone Strength and Yoga. The class is 40 minutes of powertone strength and 20 minutes of deep, relaxing yoga stretch with a toned down atmosphere that includes candlelight. Passes, drop ins are accepted. Class is from 7:00pm to 8:00pm in the MPR room 2 upstairs.
